DMR
Section DMR_XML_Format asserts that in the DMR XML attribute names are case insensitive.
- What is the rational for this? I believe that this contradicts the general rules of XML that state that XML attribute names are case sensitive. And to my knowledge software API's in java (JDOM) and C++ (xmlib) that deal with XML documents always treat them as case sensitive. ndp
