  • In Section DMR_XML_Format I am concerned about the assertion that attribute names are not case sensitive. What is the rational for this? I believe that this contradicts the general rules of XML that state that XML attribute names ARE in fact case sensitive http://www.w3.org/TR/xml11/#sec-common-syn ndp 20:24, 23 November 2013 (PST)
